Vegetable Cheese Toast
Continuing our Sunday recipe series with a Snacktime special at our house. If you’re a mom you know that kids are big on snacks and sometimes even meals are replaced by them. Well this veggie toast requires ingredients that are always available in any household and is a filling snack that gets some veggies into their system.
Whole wheat or multigrain bread slices
Finely chopped onions
Finely chopped tomatoes
Finely chopped capsicum
Mix all ingredients and fill them up on the toast. Top with cheese and bake. You can also grill on a pan using some butter. Serve when cheese is melted and a bit brown.
